Really easy to use and setup. Turn on the device and swap your phone WiFi to the tool(it tells you what) it’s not Bluetooth.Brilliant connection with access through the app to see in your ear. The picture is clear but it takes a little getting used to. You can see from photos it looks like I don’t care about ear wax, clearly I’ve been collecting it.Great range of tools too so you can really have a good little scrap. Used on my nose too for a second and I expect I’ll think of more in the future!!!Really good product.

I'm not one for encouraging people to do procedures on yourself at home however... this was a complete god send.I had a blocked ear for 3 days, ear ache, tinnitus, feeling of fullness and pressure, blocked hearing at about 20% of normal.When you get this, give your ear a good 2-7 days of olive oil drops 3-5x per day so soften the wax up a good deal. Try a bit of water syringing, then give this a go to extract. Eventually you'll dig enough wax out so you can hear normally (im writing this right after, and its beautiful).Build of the item is good, the rubber tips don't grip terribly well if the wax is fairly dry so you can use the metal underneath but you'll need to sterilise it after every use. The light is bright enough to give you a good image of your ear canal, the app is very easy to use and takes 2 minutes to set up. Battery life is decent too. Worth purchasing 100%.

Very good I had my ears cleaned professionally cost of £68 first time I used this I found it very easy to use and surprised what I got from my ear improved my hearing a lot would recommend this it comes with lots of accessories, it's brilliant

This is a great tool for seeing the wax inside the ear & retrieving it without feeling like you're going to damage the ear drum. The connection to the phone was simple & the pictures are clear on the app. The silicon tips are very soft and don't scratch. I recommend this product.

Whilst the product arrived in good time thereafter it was a major disappointment.I followed the connection instructions to the letter but on each occasion it failed to connect. Two hours of exasperation and failure. As a consequence I have now returned the otoscope as it is just not fit for purpose. A total waste of time and money.

I have struggled my whole life with wax build up in my ears, well I received it last night and found the setup to be really simple and dug so much wax out of my two ears I could not believe it, my hearing today is so much better its unbelievable
