Great product but don’t take it if you’re going out, be aware this coffee makes you have multiple bowl movements. If you plan to go out don’t take this. The taste is good also helps with reducing your appetite.

I have been on a diet for a while and decided to try some green coffee to give me a little boost. This has made a noticeable difference even though I was already dieting for a bit. I chose this one because it is gmo and gluten free. It's important to me to have safe and clean supplements. To be honest, I am pretty picky so I was afraid that I would not like the taste. Thankfully, it just tastes like regular coffee, possibly a good medium roast. You can add sugar and milk if you want and your diet allows it.

I use it to clean me out. I don’t take it everyday because I don’t want to be out and about when it works. Only take it when I know I’m going to be home . I love the taste of it. If I took it every day I probably would have lost weight but I only take it about 3 times a week. I have dropped about 5 pounds. I have ordered it twice already so I do like it

This is one of the first instant coffees that taste really great. It has almost a latte taste and it very easy to drink. It's not overly sweet or bitter. I'm not sure about the weight loss claims though. I have finished the pack and haven't noticed any changes. It was gentle on my stomach. I did expect it to upset my stomach, but it did not. I also did get any jitters from this. I think there is a lower caffeine level in this as opposed to espresso that I regularly drink. I would buy this again for the taste and convenience, but the weight loss marketing does put me off.

I think the product is great and I definitely feel the overall benefit to my health and energy
