I have some convict parrot fish they are a bit mad total characters they love hiding places and when other fish pass they mug them - these wee houses are great and as you can see in my pic the convicts love them for the hide out and mug tank mates game.

This is a small terracotta house. Small being the word. It is unglazed so will absorb moisture and allow plants and algae to grow on it easily.There are some details to it and it does look cute. Sadly it is a bit small for even the smallest fish but i have spotted the odd shrimp hiding inside.Good quality. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

I have to admit I don't have an aquarium with fish.What I have is an old washing up bowl in the garden which has filled with water over the winter and one of our garden frogs has filled it with frogspawn. I have put some pebbles in there, but it is quite exposed and if we ever get any sun I worry that there is nowhere for tadpoles or froglets to get out of the sun.This terracotta house is great as it has gone into the water and I am putting hornweed into the bowl so there will now be a bit more of a natural environment for them.The quality of the house is very good and there is a large entrance where tadpoles (or more normally fish) can hide and swim.A lovely addition to anyone's aquarium, and to my bowl.
