So far I have it for about a month, I like my desk very much. It’s the most satisfying purchase I’ve made online for the couple years.I was rebuilding my home office and an article of standing working style catched my mind. Then I decided to buy a standing desk. I did the research online. Here’s what I found:There are 3 major kinds of structures in the market with different cost. Manual crank, single motor lifting and dual motor lifting. I did go with the dual motor lifting one. The cost is higher than the other 2, but it’s worthy. As my engineering background, dual motor lifting will have advantages of stability, lower noise level, bigger lifting capacity, and endurance.Shipping from Amazon is fast. The item is heavy, and the package is with firmly protection. I can see the designer’s effort through the package.Installation is easy with the instruction attached in the item. It takes me about 20 mins to set up. No challenge at all. Then I got the table top from IK**. It’s about 60 lbs. The entire desk is so impressed. The lifting and lowering is smooth. I sit on the desk, it lift me up with no difficulty . And I could barely hear any noise. That’s to my surprise. Memory setting is a good function. I love these legs. They are super strong and were easy to assemble. The only assembly complain I have it that a couple of the screws were difficult to tighten due to location, but that just takes patience.The motors are strong and while not silent, are not too loud either.The 4 memory keypad is great but it wouldn't program at first and I had to do the manual resets (instructions for that are in the manual) to get it to accept memory programming. Only took about 30 seconds but probably just because I guessed accurately early on. It works perfectly now.I wish they offered a few more accessories, like a cable management system, but you can buy third party ones easily enough.

The base is very solid and well built. I used it with my current ikea desk. I modified my original desk by removing the cross support member but not the side legs and put the standanding desk under it. So when its down it looks like a regular desk as before (no one knows its a standing desk). Then it raises up the lifts the entire ikea desk (side legs included). I have 2 32inch monitors, on stands with two laptops, speakers, iphone, tablet stands & chargers and other various things on the desk and has no problems lifting. Its is sitting on carpet and is very sturdy. Does not shake or wobble as it moves up or down. Even at the max height, it is level and sturdy. It is quieter than I was expecting as it moves. Which was nice, while being on a conference call, I started raising to full height and no one could hear it. The four memory functions were easy to set and work as expected.Kit included everything need to build the base except for a standard phillips head screw driver. The screws that came to mount the desk were ok for my desk, but it will depend on the desktop top that you are mounting, should be fine for most installs.

So far this is worth every penny! its rather awesome!!!! As someone who is at her computer from 8-16 hours a day, all week long, this is a way overdue purchase!!!!! I LOVE how quickly this adjust as well as the height range. Helps relieve some of the typical aches and pains from sitting all day. I had built my own desk that was at a height that I could sit or stand, but I realized that even in the standing position I hadn't made it quite tall enough. I simply took my old desktop off and attached it to this adjustable base. Easy enough! I've been using it for a week - haven't tried to figure out how to "set" the memory buttons to the specific heights I like yet... but that's not a big deal.

I did a lot of shopping around before buying this product. I needed something that I could use for a standing desk option in my studio, so I considered desk risers first. But they were expensive and wouldn't accommodate the weight of my components. I also have other large tables in my studio made from solid core doors and I wanted something to match, so we bought this frame and attached a door as a table top. My husband is handy, and he said this was easy to put together. All the screws for fastening the table top to the frame are included in the frame box, plus extras. All my components plus the door are about 130 lbs and this unit lifts up to 300 lbs. It's also a 3 tier unit so i have the height adjusted to 43" and its sturdy. The electronic pad is very easy to program and doesn't seem glitchy at all. I'm in love, love, love with this setup and totally thrilled. I'm sending pictures to all my friends and celebrating the perfect solution for my studio. I will follow up if things go bad.

The desk performs as expected. But after using it for past few months, I have realized it is missing a small but critical safety feature. The edges of the desk's legs do not have a rubber covering. So, when siting at my desk, I keep hitting the two facing towards the user. This could be a serious of injury to the user, or someone else who accidentally hits these edges or a toddler playing near the table / hiding underneath it. This might not be an issue for a lot of you but this can quickly become very serious IMHO.

I love the electric Sit Stand legs. Been using it for about 6 months now and almost never sit any more. The memory is nice because it goes back to the perfect height with just one touch. I think the 4 memories are overkill but maybe if it was a shared desk this would be helpful. Note that I already had my own super heavy duty black table top (30x72). The black legs look great. Couldn't be happier.
