Great item...
Smaller than expected, but certainly big enough for a head! The weighted strap is long enough to insure it stays in place. Not crazy about feel of vinyl, but certainly better than a fabric that becomes smelly and moldy. Note that it is a pack of 2, highly recommend for a hot tub.

Worth Every Penny
My wife got a chance to finally use the pillow in our hot tub last night, and she loved it. Very durable. And it's made to drain out so it won't get water logged or gross inside or outside. The inside is made of a porous plastic that will drain easily. BUT, you could always remove the inside to let dry if you had to. Sturdy zipper as well.
