They didn’t arrive in time and when they did come the balloons read 30 not 70!!!!

95% of decorations have black background.
Had to throw them away unused. Black to me is a colour for mourning - and with 70th Birthday printed on them, thought they were entirely inappropriate for a happy occasion.

Great 70th birthday decorations!
The decorations are good quality and as described. If you have a large area to decorate, you would probably need to get two or three packs for impact. We found that one was enough for our needs.
