First time trying coconut sugar. Delish! Flavor is great, like brown sugar, and so good in coffee or oatmeal. I tried it due to its natuarally lower than sugar glycolic index.

Low glycemic index, vegan, organic and yum! It replaces sugar in everything you can think of. Just need to add more than the animal bone filtered white sugar or regular brown sugar. Love supporting smaller scale business.

Not as sweet as I would like. Has a nice sort of date taste. Think I'm used to agave which is really sweet but also high in sugar.

Great granulated sugar substitute. Haven't used sugar for a year. Tried at least 4 fake sugars, they all leave a terrible after taste. This has no after taste, low glycemic index another plus. Make sure it's organic coconut sugar, not coconut palm sugar. I highly recommend this sugar.

Ordinary white sugar is sweeter and costs less.

This is a great product and a little better-priced than other brands. Made cinnamon toast with it and...yummy! Looking forward to baking with it. For me, the taste is similar to turbinado sugar.
