Good monitor for occasional gaming, dos glitches at times, and screen quality is decent.

This was actually a good monitor. It's a great value for the money fits perfect on a little gaming desk. The colors were vibrant and the brightness was adjustable unfortunately my son broke it in about 2 months after Gamer's rage but other than that up until then it's a great quality item.

I would like to amend my previous review and changed giving this company a five star. The company has contacted me and addressed all my concerns about the monitor issue. After many friendly conversations they sent to me a new power cord to use with the Monitor, and the monitor worked as before. After many days, it continues working as expected. Thank you very much for take seriously all the concerns I have had and help me to resolve the issue. We are very happy now this was addressed. Customer services and tech support approach was very nice and respectful, the communication was immediately in both sides every day. I just can said Thank you for your dedication Well, I bought this monitor for my son on Sep2023, good quality, sharp, fine design, good for games, but after 9 months it’s goes off, it do not start any more. It began taking time turn on, after few hours then woke up, until the last it did not started any more, it’s less than a year I bought it.

This monitor is fine when it works properly. However, my monitor randomly goes black either completely or in strips. I have to unplug and replug the power supply cable to fix it. I have tried a different display port cable and power supply to no avail. I have returned one monitor and received another with the same issue. Not even joking, it's still doing it fresh from the box. It's to the point where I just think the monitor and brand is garbage. The only thing I can still think of is maybe something is wrong with display port 1.4, but I honestly can't be bothered to troubleshoot this garbage anymore. I decided to bite the bullet and get a 32 inch 4k OLED from MSI instead to replace this monitor. Guess what, it works perfectly fine. The price may have given me heart palpitations, but at least my blood pressure will no longer rise every 5 minutes from my display playing peek a boo with me. It also has a very strange viewing angle. The bottom part of the screen is slightly cut off from a normal viewing angle. I was very confused because it looked like my task bar was getting cut off. However, when I leaned all the way back in my chair (nearly 180 degrees), suddenly I was able see the cut off pixels. This is not an issue with my MSI or Sansui monitors. Do yourself a favor and choose a different brand or maybe drop a bit more money on a nice OLED instead. I wouldn't wish this monitor on my worst enemy. For the sin of making me set up 3 separate monitors for my adjustable desk stands, CRUA is now permanently in my 'never purchase from again' bin. Genuinely baffling.

I bought this monitor for my son as a gift. I wanted a large display so he could easily see what he was looking at and what he was doing. The value for the money is fantastic, as the color, picture quality, and brightness are all impressive. The sound quality is also great, and the screen is compatible with all the games and activities he does on the computer. We have no regrets and definitely recommend this screen.

I absolutely love this monitor. The brightness on it is very good. The sound quality is perfect and it was easy to set up onto my mount.

Good at fps but not 4k

I waited awhile to write this review the monitor is still holding up and I have no issues with it. Worth a buy would by this brand again
