Great Productt
I bought this on Amazon prime day a year ago for my husband and we both use it. It is truly an amazing product for the price that we bought it for. It has not given us any trouble at all five out of five Stage recommended buy this product.

Doesn’t work
Essential parts missing from the box! Sealer doesn’t work! Bought in August and just now opening product, so missed the return window. I would like a refund!

Works as well as name brand small footprint.
I like buying meat in large packages. This works perfect for us. Love how small it is. We bought it to use in RV.

I thought I was gonna have to return! Great product.
The media could not be loaded. Firstly, the quality of this product is amazing. The packaging can stand a bit more work though as it’s stuffed.I struggled with the instructions because they weren’t clear. So when I first tried to vacuum seal, it wouldn’t work. I watched a 5 star review and noticed the reviewer pressed down harder than I did, so I gave it a try. Then it clicked into place and wallah… problem solved.I recommend this product. However, I recommend the manufacturer be far more detailed in it’s instructions and troubleshooting in the manual. Otherwise… 10/10!

This Sealer Works As Good As The Larger Counter Part
This sealer is a perfect size for my small kitchen. It has the power of the larger size but fits into smaller space. I am very happy with this purchase.

Compact and Affordable, but Lacks Power and Convenience
Compact and Effective, but with LimitationsThe "Kitchen in the Box" Vacuum Sealer Machine is a compact and effective tool for small sealing tasks. The vacuum port measures 9 inches apart, so I recommend using bags that are 8 inches or less for optimal performance.Sealing Wet Items:When sealing meat with sauce or marinade, use a longer bag to prevent liquid from being sucked into the machine, which can make cleaning a chore. The rubber sealer is easy to remove for cleaning, but it seems likely to deteriorate over time, and I have not found any replacement parts available for this unit.Performance Comparison:The vacuum suction is not as strong as my old FoodSaver unit. When sealing marinated meat, I don't achieve a 100% seal, and the marinade retains some air. It performs better with dry meat but still falls short of my original FoodSaver's performance.User Experience:The unit lacks clear indicators for readiness or completion. It vibrates at the end of the process, which I initially mistook for continued operation, leading to a poor user experience. Locking the lid requires both hands to press down firmly on both ends, which might be difficult for some users.Overall:While the price is reasonable (I saved $2 with a coupon and tax), I wouldn't recommend this machine for serious meal prepping and food saving due to its limitations. However, it's suitable for sealing smaller cuts of food for immediate use, such as for sous vide cooking.

Dont Waste You Money
Ok, so I bought this because I didn't want to spend much money and the reviews were ok, but that's on me because I usually only purchase things that rate as close to 5 as possible. This was 3.8 (what was I thinking?).IT DOES NOT VACUUM!!! IT DOES NOT SEAL!!! It does melt the plastic bags that came with it. lol it attempts to seal the bag. It doesn't try to vacuum at all. I could say you get what you pay for but this was a waste of money. I won't return it because I would have to spend as much money to take it to where Amazon would tell me to drop it off as it cost.
