Garofalo No.87 Radiatori Semolina Pasta, 16 oz (Pack of 2)

This is my favorite pasta to use for pasta salad. The texture is great and the sauce gets in all the nooks and crannies of the noodle. I wish these were easier to find in store!

This shape holds a lot of sauce! I've purchased it many times and always have some in the pantry. A little goes a long way, so don't let the price scare you. It is well worth the cost! Excellent quality.

The title says it all. Combine with a jar of pesto for a nice little slice of heaven.

I bought his to make Gordon Ramsay’s Smoked Mac a Cheese. It is great shape for a hearty dish. It cooked up nice and al dente.

These are good noodles for the price and they do a proper job of soaking up the sauce like a good Radiatori should.

Had these last night with homemade pesto with fresh basil from the garden wow. Cook it a little al dente and you can't go wrong. This is the pasta my grandmother used to make it taste that delicious. You can't go wrong.

This radiator pasta has a great texture and hold the sauce well.

I love the way the sauce goes into the little grooves . I took some on vacation this summer and now my sister is a fan.
