For the first few to several weeks postpartum, these were essential and simplified life. There was no leakage, they fit well even over the C-section scar. The only negative is that they could have been stretchier.

These are made of a nice stretchy material that seems comfy. The liner in them seems to be exactly what we need and they are true to size. However, the item we ordered was not what we got. The picture showed a boy short and we received a brief. Customer service was not helpful in resolving the situation when contacted and just told me to return them.

They are so helpful on heavy days! It's so reassuring to know I have a backup in case I get too full and spill over!They do run pretty small though; at the time of purchase (about 7 months ago) I usually got mediums in panties so that's what size I purchased. They were a little snug at first but I stretched the bands around the legs out forcefully and just with general use they did give a little. But I've gained weight since, so now they're really small! I'll just have to buy them in a larger size I guess lol.The other thing I don't like is that I feel like they aren't very breathable which isn't good for lady parts; this could be a problem for women who are very sensitive and prone to infections and whatnot. I personally only wear these when I'm on my cycle and I haven't had any problems yet.
