Good quality. It’s heavy because it’s wood but it was easy to install and it’s nice.

This toilet seat was super easy to install. It seems better made than the one I replaced that had inexplicably broken. It looks really nice and has a truer white color than the one I replaced. Auto-closing function works well and it the right speed. I have chosen to follow the instructions and not use harsh chemicals to clean it so it lasts a long time. Very pleased.

Can be easily removed for cleaning and just as easily returned or replaced with new

I just used this to replace a cheaper one I bought. I do like this, just make sure you measure your bolt distance (shown in their instructions) to get the correct size. I now have all toilets with slow close.

It is so easy to install a 6yr old can just watch the video and then go install it all by them self. It is built well, will be very easy to clean, the lids closes softly, and the price is great.

This seat cost me an aggravating hour of fussing with the screws. Only to have the same screws break a week a later. The screws are under the toilet so it's not a comfortable position to be fussing around for more than needed. The instruction says to tighten till the "cap" falls off. I did just that and was happy to be finished. After one week of use, the seat decided it didn't like my toilet and attempted to escape. I'm a woman of 5' tall and 115lbs so it can't be my big bootie that broke the seat. I'm upset that it broke after a week but I'm more pissed that I have to do it again. This poor product costs money and TIME!

We bought one last year and liked it so much we just bought two more to replace our other old seats. They close gently and quietly - no more slamming when the grandchildren visit! They're easy to install and fit well, but make sure you measure the pan to decide if you need 'round' or 'oval' as it's not always obvious.

Terrible product. After a year of use in a 1 person home, enamel has worn thin to show the BROWN wood. Self explanatory. Dont waste your money on this low grade product.
