Boosting my immune system
I read about Sambucol some years ago in the free newspaper on the bus. Trials had taken place regarding its efficacy in helping to prevent colds etc and speed up recovering times. On the back of this, I started taking it and remained cold-free whilst travelling in the germ-soup that is public transport. If I forgot to buy it I developed a cold so for me, there was a connection. It's pleasant to take and boosts my immune system using vitamins and minerals.
