I love this bag! I wasn't expecting it to be such good quality! I didn't know cross body totes were even a thing. I can never go back to a regular tote. It's so well made. You can tell it's made with quality materials. Touch can turn the bag inside out if you want and keep the bears on the inside, it's up to you! It's such a great bag! It fits my plus size body perfectly.

I enjoy the merch from MilkMocha bear but the item i received has a permacrease in it. We have tried to fill out the bag completely, iron it etc. Nothing helps this issue, other than that it’s fine but it has this crease that will not go away. I knew i should have returned it
