Absolute genius
I didn’t know this was an option for fixing fork sealsI’ve been a biker for 15 years and any time I’ve had a fork leak on one side I’ve paid hundreds getting both deals replacedI was doubtful at 1st thinking this was a fake product but it’s not I’m 400+ since using this and totally leak free.Leaks are caused by gradual build up of debris getting pushed into and under the rubber seal this simply scoops the crud out .I did it in 10 mins totalRemove top dust coverInsert- twist - wipeRepeatRepeatPump a few times to remove the last remnants of oilWipeReplace top dust coverJob doneSeriously

Seal doctor
What a great product was bit sceptically but it worked great. Had a minor leak on my gixer forks after using this they are now completely dry, would recommend good price saved me money not having to get the seals 👍👍

Works well on standard forks , not so well on upside down type (like I got !)
Works o.k. on standard forks, not so good on upside down type (like what I got!)

Works, good quality
I noticed a leak from one fork. I used the tool on both forks. From the one with the leak some crud came out (nothing from the other). It seems the leaky fork is now sorted (I also did more maintenance such as cleaning, silicone spraying etc). Many say you can make this tool yourself with a piece of milk bottle etc. but it is not the same, the 'hooks' are hard, pointy, beveled and sharp. Also (I have 41mm forks) the tool positively 'locks' to the stanchions tightly. So I would say great product from Risk Racing (mind the knockoffs even here on Amazon) except for the quite stiff price for a piece of plastic.

I think it works...
Used it on my 09 Dorsoduro (left fork leaking a bit) Not much dirt came out to be honest (bit of white/yellowish stuff. Probably lube that was used to install the seal), but the leak seems to have stopped or reduced at least. I will update this post in a weeks time. Be careful when using this though, as the edge is very sharp and you can damage your seal if you run it directly on it.

100% worked for me.
Got to give it 4 because of the price, I had a leak and had mot next day, didn't think for a second it would work but it did! I was struggling to get the dust seal off so I just tried with the longer side and loads of dirt came out and it completely stopped the leak and I passed MOT. I will take the seal off and do it again properly though..

It sure did work !
Used this on my bmw and my fazer 600, work a treat on the fazer that had a quite bad leak, thought for definite the seals had gone, but no, used it a few times, some gunk came out on the seal doctor, leak has stopped. Also used it on my bmw F800 and its kinda worked, leak has subsided but the seal must be past its best , prob not dirt on that one but I do recommend trying it for £20, if you need a bike shop to do the seals it’s an expensive job because of the labour, parts are dirt cheap if you can change the seals yourself, have a go, it’s not as hard as it looks. Plenty videos on YouTube how to change the, most bikes are all the same system
