The Chia plant (Salvia hispanica) comes originally from Mexico and other parts of South and Central America. Already for the Aztecs the little, black and white seeds where an important component of their nutrition as an energy donor. The special thing about Chis-seeds is their high content of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. They also contain Proteins, minerals, a lot of vitamins and a high percentage of fibers and iron. Chia Seeds can be used in many different ways for example for salads, yogurt, fruit-salads or for dressings, muesli, soups, smoothies or for doughs. NATURACEREAL stands for high quality.
