This is a great investment for improving kick strength, I've been using this in martial arts kick drills and it's brilliant. Great quality product, with lots of versitility in both strength and speed routines. I would definitely recommend this product, it's been really beneficial.

This product is made well, and very durable - comes with a little travel pouch - leg straps are very well made, and the ability to strap the bands both under a door frame AND also around a sturdy base makes it easy to use in any environment - Highly recommend!

I bought this resistance band mainly for glutes workout, I bought a heavy band and even though I exercise a lot in the same position of the girl in the picture, my glutes are not sore the day after. It's like more for upper thigh muscles than glutes. It's good for other exercises though, abs, arms and shoulders.

Great bit of kit although the stretch on it isn't as much as shown. However after using it for a bit it does tend to stretch out a little more. Great for the butt and legs!

The purchasing, ordering and delivery of this item was perfect - no issues. When the item was delivered I was excited to receive it and it met my expectations, nice packaging, well parcelled, crisp looking piece of equipment. What you are not told is that the strap that fits under your door to act as a weight resistance in fact, ruins the bottom of the door. After only one use, I now have a 3 inch section of door that is slightly distorted (MDF door - top layer is pealing) - so on that level not impressed. I have thought about returning the item as I won't be using it with the aid of a door AGAIN.

I am an average male 5'11" 180 lbs. Purchased for rehab from Achilles surgery and ordered the large. This works great! I am using strictly for strengthening my hips and this is the perfect size. Anything smaller would not work. Great company to work with and very good communication. They have bent over backwards to make me a satisfied customer!

I have lost over 80 pounds in the last year but sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym. I have a 3 year old and this makes it so convenient to get a full body workout and really feel the burn. It’s also amazing for stretching. I added a video of some upper body exercises I use it for! Only thing is I might return it and get the 100 lb instead of the 70. I definitely feel the burn on the 70 but since I have been working out semi consistently for the last year I feel like 100 will last me longer. I can always do my pre reps though! Definitely worth the 35$

I was searching around for barbels and weights when I stumbled into this product. I looked into it some more and learned that resistance band work outs are the BEST work outs you can do for your body as it works from the inside out. I have those typical resistance bands and I hate using them. they'd snap, feel awkward and uneven, and so forth, but this one seemed promising so I took a leap of faith and ordered one. I got a Heavy, I'm 5'3" 125 lbs super muscular legs but weak arms (hence why I got Heavy instead of Extra heavy). It's been a couple weeks, I can FEEL my body being firmer and holding itself better (posture). My butt looks and feels amazing. my arms are toning nicely and gaining strength. I already bought my mom one after she's tried mine, she LOVES it as well. If you can handle weight and have used them but not religiously, then Heavy is for you. if you're already a fitness guru and is ahead of your game, I'd go up to extra heavy. I live in an apartment and didn't realize until the day it arrived that it could damage my cheap apartment door, but then it has been two weeks and my door is still up and in one piece! My mom on the other hand was worried about her door (she just moved in her brand new house) so she used the front door and it worked for her. Garage door is doable too. My 4 yo son likes watching me use it and then try the techniques by himself. Another favorite part about this product is that I can get creative, I discovered that if you lay down with the bands connected to your feet (from the bottom of the door) and pull the band towards your face it will work on your lower abs and you'd feel the burn right there. this is a challenging work out (not HARD, but it puts your body to work!) and I sweat every time I use it. This is an item I'd like to forever use because it works for me and my body. EDIT: I'm back and I STILL USE IT! I LOVE IT. it's sturdy and is a gift from heaven herself. it tones up your body beautifully.
