It's a really great product, however the 16G chip did not work ...
It's a really great product, however the 16G chip did not work for me so I had to take another one I had and transfer it to this player. I meant to write the company but it got passed me to do so. When I get the chance I will request them to send me another chip that actually works.

you get what you pay for. It works, the screen is really low resolution, so hard to read, and the controls are quite strange. not intuitive, and certainly takes a while to find the song you are looking for if you have them nested in folders.

Glad it was only $20 but still a waste
Worked for all of 15 minutes, then crashed and never powered up again. Glad it was only $20 but still a waste. Also, the software was quite hard to understand and buttons weren't intuitive.

Simple to use
Bought this for my step dad, who isn’t that tech savvy. So this worked for him great. But after a few months of using it, it died. But that’s probably due to him never remembering to turn it off.

No speaker
An okay Mp3 player for the price. But doesn't have speaker, you need the earphones to use.
