Excellent dried onions that rehydrate perfectly, fully & quickly. Super quick & easy to add to recipes when you don't have a fresh onion! I've been using these onions for some time & no one has ever noticed that it's not fresh chopped onion! A pantry must have staple!

Wish it was a coarser chopp.
It's always nice to have an emergency supply of onions around the kitchen. I expected these to be a coarsely chopped dried onion. What they are are finely chopped onions and as a result that makes it hard to determine what equals 1 chopped fresh onion. No matter, they will all be used up eventually.
