At first this pillow was excellent, each night it moulded around my head giving great neck support. But the effect only lasted a few months. Now the memory foam squashes down so the pillow loses its shape. When I wake at night the pillow is flattened under my head and giving little support. Back to cricked necks and headaches. I turn the pillow over and it flattens again quickly. Plumping and fluffing the pillow up very rigorously every morning helps but it still doesn't last the night. I'd say its still better than many cheap pillows but the excellent support it gave my head and neck is gone. Not wanting to buy a new one of these every six months, I'm now on the hunt for something better.

When it first arrived it had a musty smell and, despite airing it for a couple of days, the smell remained for a while after. Not a deal breaker as I have a sensitive nose and the vast majority of the obvious smell disappeared after the first airing. After a week the smell was no longer noticeable unless I fluffed the pillow.The pillow itself felt a little lumpy in the beginning, as I think some of the foam lumps were a little big and needed time to settle into a space that fitted my head compressing it. The pillow is very firm out the box and I was tempted to remove some stuffing to make it more gentle on my head but I wanted to try it as designed and gave it a week. Having done so, I feel the firmness is justified as the foam adjusts into itself. It's not like memory foam items I've had in the past, but it does provide a lot of support such that it's not the only pillow that I use. I put my own pillow case over it, so I can save the pillow underneath, and it fits snugly but not tightly which is perfect.I can imagine the pillow won't be for everyone, but I find it supports my head at a good angle all through the night without being too warm or too cold. The pillow does need occasional fluffing as the foam tends to bunch at one end of the pillow after a while, but that's maybe like once a week, so not a serious inconvenience. Overall, it's a very good pillow, maybe a bit expensive.

In summary:-Shredded memory foam pillows are very comfortable and suitable for all sleeping positions.-High quality, chemical free memory foam and a luxurious pillow case.-Doesn't lose its shape/bounce.-Excellent customer service.Firstly, I'd like to mention upfront that I bought this pillow alongside three other pillows (a water pillow, a regular memory foam pillow and a Tempur Cloud pillow). I planned on testing each of them and keeping the best one. This pillow was the one that I kept.Shredded memory foam is far softer and adaptable than regular memory foam pillows. It allows you to add/remove filling, so that the pillow is as thick/thin as you want it to be. It also allows you to distribute the stuffing within the pillow so, for example, you can create a thicker area that supports your neck. I do have to say though, I sleep on both my front and side, meaning that I require both a thin and thick pillow for each respective position. I've tried creating one thick side and one thin side but it's hard to stick to the right side whilst tossing and turning in your sleep! This is not a fault of the pillow but an area in which I'm still seeking a solution that the pillow has not provided me with.I almost bought a shredded memory foam pillow that was slightly cheaper than this but, on closer inspection, the quality of that memory foam was not satisfactory. This pillow, on the other hand, uses premium memory foam with no harmful chemicals. It's obvious when inspecting the filling that this is not just off-cuts. The pillow case provided is also of an excellent quality. It's extremely soft and comfortable and has two different sides that you can choose between (one is bamboo).Some memory foam pillows are known to go flat after a while. I've been using this pillow for around two months now and haven't found that its lost its bounce at all yet. It just requires fluffing every so often and it seems to restore its original shape.I've also been very impressed by the customer service that the seller has provided. They got in touch after purchase, offering advice on how to tailor the pillow to different sleeping styles and preferences. They also provided me with an extra pillow case without me even asking for one.As for price - it's worth mentioning that I bought the Tempur Cloud pillow alongside this one (RRP £100). Whilst the Tempur pillow was extremely comfortable, I actually found this pillow to be just as comfortable for half the price. Given this, and the quality of memory foam used, I'd say this pillow is pretty good value for money!

I have spent an absolute fortune on pillows. Some have worked for a while before becoming useless and others well were a waste of money straight out the packaging. Due to my pillow problems I have been suffering from sore necks leading to almost daily headaches, stiff shoulders and many other aches and pains. And of course poor sleep. I have tried memory foam pillows in the past but they just did not seem to work for me as most were too low on the bed. I bought these pure comfort pillows in a fit of desperation but when they arrived I changed my mind so without unpacking them I put them in a cupboard and went else where. I then forgot about them until about 4 weeks ago when again I was desperate and at the end of my tether. I remembered these at 3 in the morning and immediately pulled 1 out (I had bought 2 not realising they were king size). I unpacked it and well needless to say I was close to tears as it is incredibly unimpressive once out the packing. Realising it might need time to puff up I left it and went back to it the next night. It was looking so much better by then ( a few days later even better). But like all other memory foam pillows I found it too low in the bed for me. Luckily I had about 20 different other pillows in the house so through trial and error I found one that could go under it to raise it to the right height for me. And it worked. In the 4 weeks since using it I have not had a sore neck or headache. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had. Not too hard, not too soft. Supportive for when I sleep on my side or back. And the pillowcase is really comfortable and soft to touch. I wish I could buy a couple of spare cases. I would definitely recommend this pillow. Give it a try as you might find it is just the one you have been looking for.
