Always correctly weighed and good quality!!! I precook to remove any arsenic. All rice, even organic, tests positive for arsenic.

Great starter sushi rice
This is great starter sushi rice, if you do not have an asian market near by this is a great cheap alternative. All of the short grain rice on Amazon is pretty expensive. If you have an Asian market near by you should be able to find this for the same price or cheaper but you will also be able to find better rice for the same price. I really enjoyed using this rice for a variety of dishes including sushi.
