I'm suppose to be taking this by mouth but I chose to use it on my skin, I figured if you can ingest this oil, it's safe to use on my skin. I've been using different face oils to sooth my dry skin,so I started using this at night on top of my Retin-A cream,I add it to my moisturizer and it's perfect for under my makeup. It's very hydrating and not heavy.It's brown in color, it comes in a glass bottle, it's organic and there is no fragrance. This is everything my skin needs and then some.Since there might be a possibility of clogged pores I only use this few times a week and also I'm careful not to get this too close to my eyes but it's perfect for under my eyes.My review is not based on value.

To be honest I don't know how much of this is placebo effect but I guess if you THINK it is working that is what counts. I can tell you it is virtually tasteless. I don't have any kind of gastric issues. .You need to shake the bottle before use.Since I didn't know anything about it I looked up a comparison and some of the cons were:No creditable support backing that it works.May require 1 to 4 bottles a month, for desired results.Purity of C6O from this company is questionable.Expensive.

I have heard good things about carbon 60. The taste is pretty neutral, and it doesn't give me any gastric distress. Does it really help? Possibly - I have been feeling pretty good while taking it, but I think I'll see what my bloodwork shows at me next physical. It is organic and cold-pressed so it should be pretty pure.
