Used this sleeping aid during a family trip. Usually it's hard for me to sleep in a strange bed but this product really helped me. I slept well every single night I used it. Good packaging for traveling. I recommend trying this aid to those who have trouble sleeping.

I am going on a 3 week trip to Asia in a few days and bought these for the 25 hour plane ride.I didn’t really expect much but I knew my life was about to change as soon as I opened the amazon package to see the product. Just the packaging alone is super beautiful and travel friendly. I consider myself to be a travel geek so any lightweight items I can carry with me that add substantially more value than the space they take is a great feeling for me.I was so excited to take this on my trip that I decided to try the product the night I got it. Did it work? You bet it did. For both my boyfriend and I. I originally bought this for travel only but I can see myself using these at least twice a week to help me reset my sleep.
