Installed the battery. Charged it up. Unplugged the power supply while using the laptop. Used the laptop for about 20 minutes and then the laptop just died. No warning at all.Plugged it back it and charged it all the way up again. Unplugged and used it for about 30 minutes down to about 50% and the computer just shut off again.Left the laptop off, and plugged it in for a couple hours. Unplugged and tried to boot the laptop up on battery alone. The laptop got partially through boot up and just shut off completely. Happened twice.Now the battery won’t charge at all.Complete waste of time and money. Tried to save some $ on an older laptop. I should have just bought an OEM battery.

Older, refurbed laptop and I was having trouble updating the BIOS because I kept getting an error stating that the device needed to be plugged in (it was) and the battery needed to be above 15% (it was full at 100%). Did some hardware tests and determined that there was an issue with the battery. Installed this, charged up, BIOS updated no problem (and helped also resolved my overly-active fan as well).Have yet to test the life span, as the laptop is always plugged in. Will update once we see how long it lasts. Only real gripe is that it fit, but JUST barely. Needed a little extra shimmy to make it fit just right.

My battery for my Dell M4600 was effectively dead. Would not keep a charge overnight and if unplugged after charging all night would only last long enough t boot up and use my computer for 10-15 minutes. After thoroughly reviewing the offerings on Amazon, I chose this battery and am very impressed. Arrived with about a 65% charge, kept running and kept an eye on the charge to get down to the 10-15% range, shut down and plugged in the power supply. came back the next morning, booted up, 100%. unplugged the power supply and used the computer for almost 4 hours on battery. Arguably better than the Dell battery when the laptop was new. I've been using it for about a week with no problems.

I ran in powershell:powercfg /batteryreport /output "C:\battery-report.html"Should be 97WH, I got a report of 73WH. Personally I don't care. I got the laptop used so the old battery started at 40Mh, then after a couple of years got down to 4Mh to where I could barely move it from one room to another without it dying. So I'm fine, don't want a refund, just thought others should be aware. Now if it starts showing exceedingly smaller capacity a couple of months from now, I'll update my review.

Working well with my Dell M4600. The battery was at 45% when I received it. I charged it to 100% and ran my laptop on battery power for around 2.5 hrs and it dropped to 45%. This is a good alternative to the more expensive Dell brand batteries.

While I thought at first the battery was the wrong one, it turned out to be the correct battery. Since installing it my laptop no longer gives me the warning that my battery has not fully charged and I have had no issues at all. The battery arrived well protected by air pillows in a box in a box, sealed, with instructions. I would order one again if I needed a new battery.

Received in normal time, does NOT fit the way the original factory fits, however with a little effort it fits and works. Mine is for a M6700. It charged well and seems to hold the charge. If you need a battery this will work.

Got this battery for my Dell Precision. Works as expected and easy to install. This has significantly improved my battery life. But then again, it’s to be expected since my original battery was on its way out.
