Works really well. Let's me scan my car via OBD port and connects to my phone via Bluetooth and an app I downloaded from playstore Car Scanner. Perfect 👌.

I had been using the Torque app with another dongle and got two of these to keep in my cars, to have just in case. Plugged it in and paired it to my phone and fired up Torque. And that's when it all went bad. I have a Chevy Traverse. Started to the car to do live monitoring... Engine light came on, traction control shut off & threw message on driver info center. Car went into limp mode. Restarted and car would no longer move at all!!! I was stranded. I guess I should have tested at home but never had an issue like this before. I had to get a ride and get another scan tool to clear the codes. Tons of communication errors, trans requested mil etc. Still have a permanent U0100 for the loss of communication. But after resetting the codes I was able to drive. Still don't know how much damage was done to ECM/ other modules. I pray I didn't ruin my car by using this module. A huge mistake buy something else.

Was easily able to connect to obdfusion on android radio. Obdfusion is on Google play store. 5.99$. Now I can read coolant temp, alternator voltage, maf sensor, 02 sensor, mpg,and several others . Best 5 and 6$ spent. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting engine sensor levels . Also able to read and erase troue codes with ease.

As long as you follow the instructions, & have your phone & computer synced, this little 5$ peice of plastic will give information that only a good car guy can understand. Pay the extra 5$ for life then you can scan multiple cars, & get more information only the good car guy can understand. It's better than going to the dealer just to hear Goober tell you that you need 'Blinker Fluid'. Know what's wrong ahead of time !

One worked and one did not. They both power on and the 1st one seemed to connect then stop communicating with the ECU after a day. I tried power cycling the car etc, same issue, connects to BT but not ECU. Luckily the 2nd one seems to work, at least for the moment... Looks like I waited three days to long to test them, I do not see a return/replace option...

One does not work the 2nd one does. Buyer beware knowing you can receive one that does not work. One works as it should.

nice work for the most part

Both worked and are good for reading and clearing codes, but if left connected it will introduce communication error codes and crash the entire bus. It's not perminate. Just clear the codes and the vehicle is good again.
