A great idea
I had hoped I could wear these when I shower to keep a new piercing dry. Unfortunately it doesn’t stay on.I will be using them for going to the hairdressers, as they are intended, to keep the colour from staining my ears.

Work well and inexpensive.
I have hearing problems and usually have to have my ears checked and syringed out every three months and was told by a ENT doctor that using ear covers when showering would be beneficial . Having tried this product have found they do help and lengthens the time between visits and at £60 a time helps a lot.I have just ordered my second supply, they are simple to use and throw away after .

Not watertight and a little overpriced
I got these to try to help protect my new cartilage piercings while showering. No matter how you put them on, there is always a gap between the ear and head so water will get in, calling them "waterproof" is rather misleading. They do however, work well for keeping hair products away from the piercing so do mostly work for my purpose. I can also see how these might be useful for keeping hair dye from staining ears and I'll probably try them for that in the future.I'd give four stars if it wasn't for the misleading advertising, even though I did not expect them to actually be waterproof as I'm sure most people don't, marketing something that isn't as that is just not very good.

Useless
I feel like it's a joke. Why did I buy it? I don't know. No honestly what did I expect.

Perfect after ear operation or for ear infection
These have been a huge help, my son had ear surgery and was instructed to keep his ear dry for minimum of 2 weeks. These worked great, we used a small piece of first aid tape to secure the plastic at the front of the ear to ensure no water got in. The covering is baggy enough that you can pull some of it forward and secure it in front of where the elastic sits for extra protection, so no water gets under the elastic at the front of the ear.

Ear cover
Actually really good for when you're dyeing your hair. Good size were easy to use.

Better than nothing!
Bought to protect ears from water when washing my hair due to a perforated eardrum. However, I was realistic in my expectations as, due to the tricky shape of ears on the side of the head, it was obvious that this product would not make my ears completely waterproof on their own. What I hoped was that the elastic would hold the product around the back of my ear and I would be able to add some strips of gaffer tape at the front to secure them. This worked. I was still careful with the direction of the shower head and I held a flannel over my ear for added protection. The product stayed in place and had no water on the inside when I had finished. These are what you make of them - but if you are unable to wear ear plugs - they are definitely better than nothing.....and you get a lot of them!
