This is like magic! Starting taking along time ago and the improvements in my joints and health were gradual - didn’t notice too much changing… until i ran out and stiffened up again and realised all it was doing! Restarted and now feeling better again. Won’t run out again! Better to get this ken with the K3 so the Vitamin D gets where you need it. It tastes nice and is very easy to use - three quick sprays before bedtime. 🌟

I buy these on subscription due to an ongoing deficiency. They appear to do their job well according to regular blood tests. They are also really good value and always have plenty of shelf life when I recieve them.

The product is okay, especially that I'm a bariatric patient so it gets immediately in the blood stream. 4 stars for lack of availability and high price.

A really easy way to get a controlled dose of Vit D that more readily absorbs than taking tablets and keeps away the winter crash with no sunlight. K2 added to make sure calcium isn’t leached from bones. 30 days at recommended 3 squirts but can up the dose if you want.

I like to take five sprays a day due to having a slightly darker skin tone than who I imagine the RDA is directed at. I would recommend starting with one spray a day and working up as it used to give me a headache when I started taking it. It absorbs well under the tongue. It is very important to take vitamin D with K2. This is the most effective version I found so far. It can run out quickly as it is not very big, and I the spray can clog if you don’t put the lid back on. I haven’t noticed any pain reduction.
