The media could not be loaded. Item doesn’t work beyond the first week, the cover connecting to usb-c port came off, server key affecting audio. On following up with seller within 30 days (return window on Amazon passed), seller has asked for item to be shipped back to see if this product can be replaced’ I am shocked by the bad quality of the product which looks great but doesn’t work and pieces are coming off in a couple of uses

but it works fine. The in-line controls function as meant to. I wish the wire were a bit thicker; not braided but just thicker. The plastic is cheap. Not complaints but observations. Type C wired earphones tend to cost more than a comparative 3.5mm, so you get lower quality for more money. But if you are worried about the wire quality, look for alternative options.Sounds like what a cheap earphone sound like.

Mic not working after few days

The media could not be loaded. It is an worst product very bad build Quality, it has constant sound issue. So after suffering from manny problem ,I had pleased for replacement but instead of replacement the product they had cancelled the replacement and now the day of returning or replacing is go so it is waste of money. After getting tied of it I broke earphone because of worst Quality. Please don't buy it's is horrible product ever I had used .... It is not worthy of any stars I had given just one star to inform public without selecting stars feedback can't be reach to people's. No comfort, No sound Quality, total wast of money....

This is a worst product and the mic doesn't work properly. Mic when used causes disturbances and is not clear
