I've taken this formula (along with Vitamin C and L-Carnitine) for years, as it's good for a number of things. But the supplement store I go to was out, so I was happy to see Amazon has it, and even had a delivery date for 8:00 the next morning. Wow! Sure enough, it was there. =D

After taking at my daughter's house, I felt energized. So I have been taking ever since- about a year and a half now.

I have been taking this for over 8 years. I am 50 and when I was in my 30s my knees and ankles were pain from simple running and cycling. I had scar tissue on my ankles that looked like tennis balls sticking out. My fingers and hands were stiff in the morning to where I could hardly make a fist. I started taking for the hyaluronic acid and resveratrol together. I did not feel any different after the first bottle. My reason for taking this was agin, for the hyaluronic acid and resveratrol as a long term commitment. However, after 3 months of taking it as a preventative for aging, I found that my ankles looked normal, I could squeeze my hands together in the mornings no problem and the stiffness in my knees and ankles weren't there. I find that if I run out, that the stiffness slowly starts to come back and it reminds me to order more. I only take this supplement and creatine after heavy workouts and that's it because out of everything i have ever tried, those two things are the only ones that I have found to work. Good luck!
