Brings heat to the heatless
It's an amazing cooking ingredient that adds nothing but spice. That is to say: It leaves the taste intact, but boosts its heat, so it's great for food that's too easy on warmth. Overall I am elated to have this, mostly due to being exhausted with "spicy" foods that are, at best; mild. A Word Of Warning However. The labelling on the bottle is anything but hyperbole. Use with caution. Adding even just a droplet makes it spicier than most people I know can handle, so stick to the pipet dropper unless you're used to drinking pepper spray.
