There is no flavor and I'm not sure about ingredient quality. As consumers, we have to trust the manufacturers that they are using quality ingredients!! I'm not a lab so I can't really inspect the ingredients!

This has be helpful me with my BV. I would recommend to anyone. Has been able to prevent it and keep it away. Just take one a day and all good.
