White Ceiling Converter Downlight

Reasonably easy to install if you have some electrical knowledge. Fitted existing holes left by previous down lighters. Now look a much more modern light fitting. Great price and prompt delivery.

The product appears to be good and well made. It arrived promptly. I found the instructions to be less than helpful and would have welcomed a diagram to show how it went together.While reading the instructions I found that this product should not be used in a bathroom. (Neither should the lights I am replacing) I have not returned the lamps as I am trying to find if I can use the adapter ring with lights that are permissible. I have failed in efforts to get advice from the supplier.

Brilliant for covering large holes had old eyeball spot lights, this is right size to cover holes just needs some filler around edge, and paint around them,

Does the job...just. Size only just covers a previous cut spot light hole. Quality average.

Our house is littered with huge ugly black spotlights in the living room and hallway, they were probably the pinnacle of fashion when installed in the late 70's but they look god awful today.I stumbled across these and bought a single unit to see if they fit the holes left by the old spotlights and look half decent.They are brilliant, we subsequently bought 2 more to finish off our hall way, and are planning to tackle the 14, yes 14, spotlights which reside in our living room.We installed mains voltage LED lights which look fabulous, and use a fraction of the 75watt beasts that were present before, it is worth test fitting the bulbs as one manufacturer's bulbs were very loose and another too big!.Very easy to install, includes the 12v halogen push in type bulb socket if you are running a 12v system, as well as the 240v socket, not that they require much in the way of instructions, but it took a few moments to work out how to orientate the spring as there are no pictures to aid you just text.J
