Good trainer
I like to warm up my pitchers throwing the heavy balls. Same concept to using a bat weight prior to batting. These balls are also good for teaching kids to follow through and power through their swings using a tee or soft toss technique

Purchased for my son ..13yo on travel team..balls have a good weight for practice pitching and hitting.. you don’t have to chase down the balls.
