Adding a little of this to fruit leather gives it that jelly consistency like store bought rollups. It just helps smooth it out and make it more supple.

I love this product, and ordered a bulk pack of 6. 2 of them came opened in the box (looked like they just weren't properly sealed, no box damage) and contacted the seller. They replaced both bags within a week which was great, couldn't recommend enough!

I just used this to make canned peach pie mix. It worked very well, I probably won’t use as much next time.
