Let me start with the fact that I’m 5’4, 150 lbs. Now, I initially wanted to get the medium because I kept reading mixed reviews. Some say, “Go a size up for comfort.” Others say, “It needs to be snug in order to have a full effect, so go a size down.” I ended up ordering (and am wearing as I type this) the xs-s as a 150 lbs wide woman (see pictures & video). My truths: Getting it on was not easy, but it was not challenging either. I have hips, so I’m use to wiggling pants, shorts, and underwear on. Once I wiggled it on, it did what it was supposed to do. It’s very stretchy, yet tight enough to support and make a visible difference. It’s comfortable for me, and I realize people’s level of comfort varies, but it’s not unbearable and it’s easy to move around in as well. The only part that gets a little uncomfortable is the thong part, but that has nothing to do with this product. Thongs are uncomfortable for me in general (it is literary fabric stuck between the cheeks. I mean, who would find that super comfortable?). Every other area is comfortable though. My abdomen, back, and crotch area is fine. Nevertheless, the product does what it’s meant to do, it helps, and it provides comfort. I highly recommend it, and I would say get a size down than what you would normally get so it can be tight enough to work. It will stretch. I typically get everything in a medium and most in a large, but this xs-s is perfect for me. Again, for me.

When I first opened up the products packaging I thought to myself how am I going to fit into this because it looked too small for me, and I thought that I purchased the wrong size. But it turns out that I didn't buy the wrong size and it fit me beautifully and I absolutely love this waist cincher so much. I word underneath a gown that is made of a material that is very stretchy so it doesn't holding your figure very well, so with wearing this waist cincher it gave me the correct support that I needed for my figure. I didn't have any problems with the center rolling down and to me it was quite comfortable as well. Like when you sit down with some centers they act like a corset and you can't bend or move comfortably and with this product I was able to move comfortably and sit down without being stuck in one position or having to move a certain way. I also love that it is a van type center because it makes it easier to go to the bathroom, like I didn't have to pull down the entire center and have to reset you a everything with that style, all I had to do basically was pull it to the side and carefully go to the bathroom which was nice. I definitely recommend this product and as for the sizing I'm not quite sure if I could recommend to others but I would say for sure that I'm glad I went with my sizing choice because it really held in what I needed to hold in especially after having a child and having that look that little mommy tummy. I am 5 foot 2 inches and I weigh 122 lbs. and it wasn't loose whatsoever and it wasn't too tight it fit me perfect and I had absolutely no problems with it and I will be using this many more times and I highly recommended to others who had to have that support and control their stomach or even their back. it is definitely perfect to wear with a gown or a dress and you can even wear underneath your regular clothes as well. Although I will say when it comes to a skin-tight dress or a spandex c material without any texture or design, that due to it being a song style it does show the lining over it ends through the dress. ( Like a panty line ) which I found that you could easily mask that with a pair of control-top nylons or pantyhose. But besides that and is an absolutely wonderful product and a 100% satisfied!

Wooo!! Where do I start. Ok so comfort in regard to fit this thing is tight yall and it definitely is trying to squeeze to please, at the same time your butt crack will hate you. I tried to go down a size because most of the time the squeeze is just not enough going with my regular size which is like xl-1x so I got a m-l which is what I usually do with all my shapewear yeah don't do that with this!!!! I bought both sizes to see how it will fit and it definitely is appropriate to go with your size which I love, but it will destroy your butt crack as it rides up more and more to get to spaces you don't even have so what I did was wear a spank/spandex short beneath them and they could not ride up. Worked perfect. It is comfortable to breath in for me unless you're not used to wearing shapewear. Otherwise for the price disregarding the wedgie of death good product.

Definitely does the job. However, it’s extremely tight to the point where you can’t breathe. I recommend sizing up a few sizes from your normal. It also isn’t high rise like listed in the picture. It comes down to mid waist. The top of the underwear really digs into your skin as well. It’s just not super comfortable… but will for sure cinch you

I’m typically a size small in panties and leggings, and a size 4 in jeans. I’m 5’4, 138 pounds with wide hips, a big booty, and thick thighs. This thing was HELL to get on. It did snatch my waist but because of my wide hips and plump bottom, it rode up super far every time I would walk, like literally it barely covered the center of my kitty, and so far up my booty crack that it started to hurt. Good news though, it doesn’t roll down like other shape-wear that I’ve tried. I do actually love this one, but I will be getting a size up next time I order to avoid the issues I previously mentioned. I also like that it provides a little back support as well, because I had to get 2 epidurals when I gave birth due to the first having been done with a defective spinal catheter. Permanent back issues come along with that but this thing is sturdy and definitely helps so much! Even so, it is still comfortable as long as you get the right size.

I ordered a 4x. I'm 270 5'7 I wear xl-xxl in clothing. Let me just say instant BBL AFFECT!! I have a nice size butt. However during my weight loss journey I needed something to hold me in place & keep me lifted at the same time. I purchased these thong shapers & the butt lifter at the same time. I wear the butt lifters during my work outs & around the house. They are comfortable, sexy, & do what needs to be done. Looks great under clothing/seamless. For me it gave TO MUCH EXTRA BOOTY, so I opted to wearing these thong shapers under neath my clothing. Instantly snatched! Stomach on flat. Booty poking! Since my 1st order I have ordered 8 more times 5pair for me, because I don't leave home without them on. I wear mine daily! I have purchased 3 extra pair for friends!!

It very very slightly flattens the belly. I am a size 5, I went with the medium/large according to the size chart on my belly messurments. It fits as stated. It is comfortable and does not squeeze too tight. It slowely slides it's way down my rib cage but doesn't roll down. Easy to pull on and off to use the restroom. Breathable material. It has the plastic "posts" through it to prevent it from rolling down. One nagative thing, it finds it's way into your fat rolls and over exagerates them. You can't see it through a loose shirt but, still. Not too happy that it does that to my rolls. Other reviewers stated it highlights your muffin top because of this. I agree. Won't buy again.

UPDATED REVIEW: I wore this for an evening event with a dress and it stayed up perfectly with the boning. But all night, the thong was creeping up into my butt every time I sat down. Very uncomfortable. Definitely wear it at home for a couple of hours sitting, standing, and walking around to get the full effect of how it's going to settle while you're wearing it outside of your home. I wear a size 10 and I bought an XL-XXL and it was tight pulling it up. But with the larger size, I didn't have the thong ride up into my butt like I've read it did with some other people. There isn't any rubber grippy part on the top but there is a boning system in place to hold it up and cinch your waist. It's quite comfortable and the fabric is really nice. I don't see this falling down whatsoever. I'm really happy with how it holds everything in place and you can't beat the price! Great buy!!
