I took 450mg Lally capsules for 6 months and couldn't have been happier ... Poo like a baby's after years of severe constipation, and for an 80yo guy, this was a Godsend.Then Lally became unavailable (won't even answer mail), so I selected Pomona. Right off the bat I got nothing but endless gas and only the tiniest of bms, one, two, or three per day. After 10 days, I've given up and will try another brand. For me the Pomona brand has been worthless.I did notice that the Lally brand raised my average pulse rate from 75 to 95 for those 6 months, while the Pomona brand dropped it back to 75. Keep an eye out for that and your BP numbers too.

Description said vegan. But it has bovine gelatin. Sending back. Putting 3 stars but I’m not sure how it works.

Every once in a while I have a bit of constipation where I only go every other day. This is not my normal regime and it's bothersome for me. Generally this happens when I don't get enough green drinks throughout the week as I generally do.I tried this supplement and within 8 hours, I had perfect elimination and I felt so much better. This is not for everyday use but just the occasional moment in time. The dose is 1 capsule and this seemed to work perfectly for me. I like this product and will purchase it again and recommend to others.

This was effective from the first capsule I took. Took one as prescribed the night before and had relief the next morning. I’ve not tried this before nor had I heard of it but wanted to try as an alternative to the other artificial products on the market and use this supplement.
