Quantum and Woody Deluxe Edition Book 1 (Quantum & Woody DLX Hc)

a great buddy-comedy-superhero-team book. full of jokes and action packed fight scenes. bought this after reading a few of Valiant's other deluxe editions and this has been without a doubt the best, great artwork (despite lots of different artists it still manages to keep a consistent style and tone) , the story is hilarious and action packed ...reminiscent of 80's buddy cop movies like lethal weapon or beverly hills cop. this volume contains (what i hope is only the first volume) the entire series so far, and leaves you wanting more. the book itself is of a high standard. the binding is glued as opposed to sewn but there isn't any gutter loss or difficulty in reading as a result of this. all in all this was a very enjoyable read and well worth the price (cheaper than buying the 3 trade paperback collections of the series).
