I bought this not expecting much to be honest. However, it’s perfect for doing step exercises at home. It has two heights and you can add or take away the extra step really easily. It’s so lightweight and easy to move to where I store it, under my desk. It is very sturdy and nonslip so I can use it with confidence. Great price too,

Aerobics stepper platform standardly design and solid. I brought this one as it was advertised (incorrect!) 78cm length but it is actually 68.5cm! However this is standard length in the design. I used it for adominal exercise rather than aerobic stepping and i deduct if you are UPTO 1.70 METRES tall it would function as a type of very low bench. Although you will need to put cushioning to protect your back. Obviously not as effective or convenient as a proper adominal bench but still achieves a good level of adominal conditioning plus much easier to stow away!

Good exercise workout for indoors

I bought this for my boyfriend who suffers from mobility problems. He's recently taken up seated exercises, and needs something to put his feet on as if he's walking upstairs. This step is absolutely perfect for that, and he loves that he can make it taller when the time comes. I had a go on it, standing and stepping on and off it, and it's really sturdy. I'm quite heavy, and I'm impressed with the quality of the plastic, it didn't bend or move in the slightest. Really great value step, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Exactly as advertised. It is robust and easy to adjust to the two standard heights. I bought it - I used it - it was fine.

I like this step, it’s slightly smaller then the once that you see at a gym but that’s not a problem, it’s easier to store it.You can make it higher by one level and that’s high enough.It’s very sturdy and it doesn’t slip once place it on a suitable surface.The only thing that could be improved is that the two attachments use for the height once stored underneath the step keep falling out. It’s so tricky to move it from one place to another without them falling out. Not great and super annoying.

I don't use the product for excersise. I use it for getting into bed. I'm only small and got a bad hip and leg. Spend a lot of time in my bed. I've left a star out as its not slip proof on my laminate flooring. But I can buy a wee non slip mat or something to hold it in place. But I really like it. It's just a nice height for me. The stool I was using was a tad high and not stable. But I love this item. 👍
