Purchased these to help with sleep, energy and Id researched that magnesium is good for raynauds. They taste nice, and are easy to swallow. Two a night, an hour before bedtime, they Definitely worked for me. Give them a little time to get into your system. Saw a difference within a week. I did try to drop to one a night, not as effective for sleep. Purchased my second bottle, but unfortunately they interact with a newly prescribe medication for Raynauds, which is a big shame. I was really happy with these gummies. First ones that had helped with sleep. Well worth giving them a try for sleep and energy

I’ve had two or three bottles of these gummy’s so far and do feel as though they have made some improvement to my nail strength overall. They are actually quite nice to eat so just two a day is the recommended dose. They are now on my monthlysubscription.
