A Very Bright Idea
Bought these to replace the fluorescent tubes in a garage fixture rather than replace the electronic ballast that was interfering with radio reception. Cut out the ballast and wired the tombstones direct (connect the black 120V wire to the red/purple wires, connect the white 120V wire to the yellow wires on the other side of the fixture: done!), turned on the power, and WOW. Feels like my days in a dealership garage. Not only is the radio back to normal, but I can see to work by that formerly dim wall!I put one more LED tube in place of 2 fluorescent tubes in the laundry: plenty of light, more than the 2 old 34W T12 tubes could produce. Finally I modified an old kitchen light with another of these LED tubes. Of course, I then had to scrub the walls after discovering what had been lurking in the shadows...I'm planning to convert more fixtures very soon. The only downside: Where can I find a use for all these old T12 tubes?

i just can not say much more on how happy i am with these lights
ok i received my 4 4packs or 16 bulbs today. pulled down some of my shop light in my shop. just so everyone understands i have 35 4ft t bulb shop lights in my garage (garage size is 35x55). anyway i followed the directions wired everything up on 8 lights. installed the bulbs and tested all 8. now i got them all hung back up on my 14ft ceilings. there is only one word i can say, WOW all 8 of the lights are so much brighter than the rest of my lights. you can hardly tell the old t-8 lights are even on. i am very impressed with these lights that i just ordered 7 more 4 packs. and next week ore so i will order the rest of the light that i need. i have so many lights because i paint, detail and turn wrenches on cars all the time so light is very important for me. i just can not say much more on how happy i am with these lights.

These a really nice replacements for my 32 watt T8 bulbs
These a really nice replacements for my 32 watt T8 bulbs. Much brighter. These are double row LED's so they throw a lot of light. Instant on. I liked them so much I order more from this company and replaced all my flouresant tubes. My neighbor saw mine and did the same thing. One light flickered a little before it came on. I contacted the company, they called me back promptly and replaced it. Great service. You have to bypass the ballast in the fixture to install these. It is very easy to do so it's not a big deal. It's a good thing as well because the ballasts in flouresant lights tend to be a weak spot. No more replacing ballasts.

Know what you are doing, first...
These are single ended tubes, so there is a very good chance you will have to buy the tombstones, too. While they are easy to replace in most fixtures, keep in mind that there are a couple of different styles out there. Research what you have and need before you buy. Also, only one of the 4 tubes that I received actually had instructions included. It isn't technically difficult, but if you are not comfortable working with electrical devices, you may want to get with someone who is.

Exceeded Expectations
I retrofit these LED tubes into an existing 8' strip light originally fitted with High Output tubes. After the retrofit I was blown away by the higher intensity of the LED lighting. The illumination was so much brighter than the original HO tubes had provided. I will be converting all of my fluorescent fixtures in the near future as the lighting is so much better and there should be a cost savings by not having the fluorescent ballast in the circuit.

Excellent bulbs with easy instructions
I installed 4 of these at my brother's house to replace his T8's that had a ballast fail. They made the T8's even with a new ballast and bulbs look like dim candles and changing the wiring for the tombstones was really easy as well. There is a short delay between when you hit the switch and when they come on but it is negligible. I have ordered 4 more for my shed and look forward to them getting here so that I can have some nice light in there finally.

After a long search I found the best non ballast tube!
These are the brightest tubes you can buy affordably outside of Philips Instafits. You do need to remove the ballast (if one exists) and wire to one end only. Not a tough ask and gives you the best efficiency. I'd say the PhilipsModel # 468710 give a better grade of light. You 'just' need to mess about with a magnetic rapid start ballast if there isn't already one in the fitting.

Repurchased but received lesser product
Not the same product as previously purchased which had 2 row LED and 22 watt. The replacement under the same product listing is single row LED 14 watt and no where near same quality. Returned for refund.

Decent brightness
So far so good, no flicker and instantly turns on. I like the bright white look of the 5000k colour temp. Would really like to see a brighter version of these for my garage maybe a double row of LED chips per tube instead of just the one.
