I was looking for good source of natural probiotics as my doctor recommended me to for my acid reflux.A friend recommended their sauerkraut to me It was my first time ever trying sauerkraut as I never did before . It's crunchy, sour and also flavourful. You can taste the dill or soha that they add. I eat it as a side pickle with whatever I am eating that day a least once . As long as I eat a couple of spoons a day I have no reflux issues. Its doing me good that's all I can say.

Is it Gluten free?
I was looking for a gluten free sauerkraut and finally I got this one. It seems to be gluten free and also it does not have any artificial colour or sause. So it served the purpose. Hope there will be some live good bacteria needs for our gut health.

too costly for that much pickled cabbage n carrot
unreasonable price for pickled cabbage, the paking is a waste management disaster. better you make some yourself.....
