I normally fit a medium in bottom and small on top. I ordered a medium and both the top and bottoms were way too small.. The bottoms didn't even cover half of me while the top was even too small and had a large and thick plastic buckle (like the ones you use for safety straps in the carts at the store) to hold them together.
