Loved it 😍 the twist👍🏻 but the ending was just wow 🤯 so good

I love never knowing what’s going to happen next, so many twists and turns. Keeps you guessing! Loved it!!

What did I just read? Well...one of the BEST psychological thrillers I have ever read, that's for sure! I give it a SOLID 10 out of 10! Talk abouts TWISTS, SHOCK factors, DECEIT, SPINS, this book has it all and then more! Shockingly excellent, each part with it's own stellar WOW factor! My fingers could not fly thru the chapters FAST enough! The 'meat and potatoes' that he puts into this book was incredible, loaded FULL of even MORE spin, twists and deceit. THAT ending....well..incredible!! Onto the next of his!

Marrs is definitely one of my top authors. His books are always well written and full of great twists and turns. Is this one of my favourites? Alas, no. It is still an enjoyable read and the characters are so well written that I was seething most of my way through as neither characters are likeable but it's absolutely essential to the story plot. I just felt this book just didn't have the same WOW factor in regards to plot twists and, at points, the character's behaviours was just borderline ridiculous. Still it's a good solid read but not a favourite of mine. It is great for highlighting important issues though regarding safeguarding people with dementia and it's so important that people realise how unprotected they can be in terms of marital abuse and I commend this book in highlighting it.
