Good quality but found a cheaper alternative
Product build is decent but I found a cheaper alternative on other site. Will take a chance and try that one. Will have to return this though.

UPDATE- I put it to the baggage handlers and it passed flying colors!
Originally, I reviewed this before airline travel.15 photos are to show details of what I like, what I am comparing it to, and what my potential concerns are. I will be using this product with an Arbor 159 cm snowboard. As anybody who travels knows, baggage handlers are capable of breaking a steel anvil. So anything meant to protect valuable cargo must be durable and put through the test. I will update this review after the snow season is complete...assuming it ever starts.First, the pros:-Thick sponge padding covered by a Cordura style of canvas.-Appear to be very durable wheels, zippers, and handles. Although, the zippers are not as smooth action opening/closing as what I have on my current bag. However, I would rather have something that will hold up over open up.-Lots of compartments and space. I'm sure I can easily pack this thing with everything I need for a week in Colorado but will probably go over the 50 lb limit if I do so.-Little extras like the buckles over the zippers to maintain integrity.Concerns:-The buckles that hold the bag in a roll for storage are loose and potential catch points when traveling. This could have been easily prevented if the engineers only sewed on a respective male/female clip adjacent to the buckle to secure in place when it is in use. (see photos of me pointing to the buckles).-The strap that is stowed in the pocket on the backside (under the travel/name tag) is used as an over the top keeper. Most bags have them. However, when it is in use, the pocket compartment cannot be closed all the way. It would have been nice if the engineers put a stitched reinforced slit that the strap feeds through so that the zipper can be closed making the pocket functional for travel storage.-Top storage compartment- even though the length of the bag collapses via according style zippering, with a 159 cm board, I collapsed it one section which put the inside wall separating the top of the main compartment with the small top storage compartment. My concern is that the board may tear through the divider as it is not built to sustain the demands that the exterior is exposed to.My current bag has a small 2" slice in the top back side which was from the sharp edge of the board when handled by the airline gorillas. This bag looks to have a tougher skin and extra padding that "should" prevent that from happening. What cannot be prevented is the board resting on the inside wheel wells and digging into the inside liner/skin (as it did with my current bag). I just have to figure out a way to put a cover/sock over the sharp edges to protect the liner if I want it to last. Even if it does wear through the liner, it will not affect the performance or integrity of the case.My initial impression is 5 stars and I am excited to put this bag to use, and even more excited to hit the slopes! Stand by for an updated review.

Bag may expand to 190cm but will not fit 190cm skis.
Disappointed because none of my skis can fit in a bag this short. Something I might have caught if I reconciled bag length vs. the length reserved for the top _separate_ insulated pocket. The rest of the build quality looks like a good value. I am strongly considering cutting the divider out in a way that would allow me to reconstruct it as a removable velcro divider panel…A description _really_ should describe the maximum ski length it will accommodate.

Have Snowboard will Travel
Our family is big on skiing and snowboarding and will be taking a couple trips this season to enjoy these outdoor sports out west where the slops are better and steeper than ones in our area. We need to transport our gear on the airlines and had to find a snowboard bag that provided ample storage and protection for my daughter’s snowboard and all her gear (helmet, boots, goggles, etc). This transport bag is awesome not only does it have room to store the board but you can fit your boots (laying on their sides), helmet and accessories with room to spare. The exterior is made from a water resistant canvas fabric and the interior has a padded reflective waterproof lining. It has two sturdy, ample size wheels on the bottom, for easy transport. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap, and handle at the top for pulling it along. I’ve seen other models but they didn’t have the wheels and I really like that feature. It has a clear window card area to insert your contact information, similar to luggage. There is a zippered insulated compartment at the top of the bag for beverages or it can be used as storage. Further down on the front of the bag there is another zipped compartment for gloves, etc. There are 2 snap closures on the inside to secure your board and 2 Velcro closures for use for ski poles. In our case we are using it for a board, but it’s nice that you have the option to use it for skis as well. The bag expands at the top via a double zipper design. For additional storage space. What I love most is that the bag rolls up into a compact size with 2 snap closures to keep it secure when not in use. It was easy to roll back up and snap the closures, where with other bags that an be a cumbersome task.

don't put too much weight in this bag
nice enough looking bag and did fit my 177cm skis and 2 snowboards, and various other gear on a trip from the usa to japan. we had the bag at 50 lbs. in the first couple days, the straps and handles ripped off the bag - eventually all of them except (touch wood) the one at the top of the bag (starting to tear). hope to make it home with our gear intact. this bag seems to have nice zippers and good space - and maybe with less weight the straps would have held up.

good bag for the money.
Let's all remember that $100 luggage is still entry level so this will not feel as premium as something 3x the price but for $100 or less the bag is great and gets the job done. I had to use 1 of the expansion slots to fit my board, my boots & bindings fit in there also and there was a ton of storage left over. I probably could have fit my jacket, pants, & goggles in there too! This is a great way to transport your board without messing up your car for those of us that don't have trucks or if you're hopping on a flight. Overall at this price I didn't have any complaints and I think it's a very fair buy at $100 or less.
