Excellent quality and taste!
I was unsure about ordering this product because Amazon can be so hit or miss but this was a HIT. It arrived within two days and it tastes very similar to the African version of semolina. I prefer it as a sweet porridge with oat milk and brown sugar but I’m sure it would be great as a swallow with soup. Amazing taste. I will definitely buy again!

I read online that we needed to purchase this to make Boston Pizza dough. Let me tell you it does work. It taste amazing and it makes the crust very crispy.

good for bread
I am diabetic 2. This product makes generally diabetic safe bread if eaten in moderation. The bread I have made is tasty, too! Farina, sea salt, yeast and water are the only necessary ingredients. I use a Kitchen Aid with a dough hook, then cover with plastic wrap for at least 4 hours, bake at 350 degrees for one hour and the result is very good bread,
