Being my first experience with saffron supplements, I was pleasantly surprised. These pills have absolutely no taste, making them easy to take daily. Beyond that, I've noticed a significant suppression in my appetite, which has been a great help, especially over this holiday season. The boost in my mood and overall well-being has also been noticeable. I'm genuinely impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a natural health enhancer.

We started saffron with the horbaach brand and were able to do less than 1k cals per day without feeling like we were starving ourselves. I got this brand after because it looked better and had more doses. It did not work at all. Took us longer than i would like to admit to realise these pills are diluted or something. My parents were in town offering us snacks and we thought it was a willpower issue. After they left we realised this brand just doesnt suppress our appetite the same way. Going back to the horbaach, it arrives today. Time to undo the progress we lost while using this new brand.....

I've tried a lot of similar supplements ... all promising great benefits but most are overhyped and don't work. But Saffron's supplement was definitely different. Within a few days, I felt a very noticeable difference with my appetite cravings diminishing (but in a healthy way). Food isn't bad but it's important to eat healthy and limit our unhealthy cravings. This supplement was the spark I needed! And without the "hangry" that generally comes with it. I even still felt energized and happy throughout the days. I definitely recommend it! They made a believer out of me.

I got this because I am trying to reach my weight goal and this looks like a wonderful way to add some help. I have always enjoyed taking Saffron for my eyes as it is very well known to possibly help and improve eye health. Although I have never noticed any eye improvement ,,,,perhaps I was able to fend off possible future eye problems with taking Saffron. Now As I am studying this it appears the goal is to take the Saffron 20 to 30 minutes before meals. And supposedly you might eat less and increase your metabolism and as the seller states "achieve a calorie deficit". So ok that sounds very promising. I always took my Saffron before bed as I thought since it could possibly help my eyes it would work better with my eyes closed. So this definitely calls for a change up in scheduling which is no big deal to implement IMO ! The seller states this a "powerful appetite suppressant " and I am eager to see how that plays out. TBH I'm not expecting much considering I have never heard of this angle before with Saffron. But even a little help would be greatly appreciated and besides it's an antioxidant that I know my body and my eyes will be happy to get.There is 90 caps in this brand and I eat twice a day so with 2 caps a day I am looking at a month and half. I think that's ample time to see if I am getting any benefit with weight loss goals. Notice this a small business which I love to support ! I do not notice any strange or bad smells with these caps. They are real easy to take. So far I have had no problems or sides taking these. I do wish this was third party lab tested but I do not recall ever seeing a Saffron supplement lab tested. I prefer Non GMO with products like this and very glad that is what this brand used. So fingers crossed in a month or so I see some results. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

I've been taking this product for 30 days as sometimes it takes some time for cumulative effects. Saffron extract for appetite has worked for me- bump in energy and noticed my morning hunger crash has faded. In all, this has improved my mood in a smooth and noticeable way- has definitely worth the buy and merits continued use from me.

Took one on the first day 30 min before eating and I ate that whole pizza and then some. Took 2 the next day and I ate a whole chipotle burrito and 2 bowls of ice cream right after. This is straight up false advertising, I want my money back.

I'm always skeptical of natural supplements because most of them don't work for me. I had a friend recommend this product to me for my constant late night snacking urges and it's doing the trick. I'm about a week in, took a few days to start kicking in but I'm for sure feeling the constant snacking urges reduced. I also noticed that my energy levels seem to be elevated. I can't tell if it's because of the saffron or the reduced snacking but either way it's a huge win. I highly recommend giving this saffron a shot to see if it helps you.
