I really liked this product. The installation was pretty simple per the enclosed directions (and you can view a YouTube installation video (with an address they include inside the package also). The only problem I had with the product was when I put on my protective case it cracked the screen protector a little bit in the upper left hand corner, but not enough to make it unusable. That could have been my fault as well. When I replace the protector again I will be more attentive to the corners so that I don't crack the protector. Overall, I would purchase this product again!!! I can't believe how the protector "sticks" to the cell phones glass!!! It's got great adhesion!!!

This thing really protects the phone. A car ran over a portion of my phone face down. The screen appeared shattered in the that area. I removed the protector to find the phone unharmed. In another incident my screen appeared cracked from side to side. I removed the protector to find it cracked but the phone was unharmed. Terrific product! The only thing is that its suppised to have a lifetime replacement warranty but it does not say how to get the warranty Anybody know about this issue. Help please
