Not quite a dictionary but good for low level
This is, as other reviewers have pointed out, not for linguists. At a lower level it is great. I teach low level Pashto using Romanised transliterations and this is great for my students to either learn additional phrases rote or to gain additional vocabulary with which to construct simple sentances. Sure it would benefit from having script or more grammatical information but it is a cheap and simple book which gives beginners extra words with which to cobble together more or less correct sentences. A title of 'Phrasebook and Vocabulary List' might have been a bit more honest since the word 'Dictionary' implies that not only will there be a pretty comprehensive list of words but also that each entry will have a bit more information than this book provides.

Phrasebook
This is what I wanted with the phrases and you can practice saying the words to your friends and they laugh but correct you.

Useful dictionary but not the best
Not as good as the other English-Pashto/Pasto-English dictionary I bought (the black one by Simon Wallenberg) but OK.

dictionary
a nice clear book with good guidance as to conversational structure which should help to build a comprehendable dialogue when needed.
