This case broke within 1 minute of ownership while I was carefully putting it on my phone. 3 corners went on just fine, but the fourth corner broke while snapping into place. It's a shame, it's super cute and exactly what I was looking for for my iPhone 8, but what's the point of using a case that's broken from day one? Not that it's a huge deal to me, but it may be for some, but the Apple logo isn't perfectly centered in the opening either.Update: After leaving my previous review and returning the case for a full refund, I received an email from the seller stating that they stand behind their product and were sending me a new case at no charge. I had the new case less than one day after receiving the email. I immediately put it on and am happy to say that it's still in perfect condition a few days later. I changed this to a five star review because of how well they handled the situation, I'm impressed by their professionalism and am very happy with this new case!

I'm going to start off by saying this is a very good looking case. The case I received fits the 8 plus phone perfectly and the cutouts and buttons are precise and work perfectly. It has a nice matte finish on the back that feels good to hold. It is not bulky at all. That being said this is by no means a heavy duty case. It will require you to take care of it if you want it to stay nice looking. Handling it with dirty or greasy hands will most probably wear the finish down over time with harsh rubbing to clean it. I believe it will protect the phone if it falls but a harsh fall could crack or mar the shiny surfaces. It is beautiful and well built for the money. I believe it is a good fit for someone who is not rough with their phones. It makes my space gray phone look similar to the new gold Xs models. I do suggest a glass screen cover be used with it. Time will tell as to how it holds up so I can't at this time rate the durability of the case. But I believe if you are a person who takes care of your phone by not exposing it to rough and/or dirty surfaces including your hands, you will be pleased with this case.I have encountered one issue with it however but I solved it. It has a little metal disc glued to the inside cover with a sticker over it. This was intended to make it attach to a magnetic surface. I found that the metal disc interfered with my Mophie Wireless Charger Pad. You had to place it just so to get a charge and then the charge would cut in and out. So I peeled the sticker off and exposed the metal disc that was glued to the case. I carefully pried the disc off gently. It came off without too much trouble but it left a sticky residue. Then I placed the paper sticker back over the glue. You couldn't even tell the disc was there and now I get a perfect charge with no trouble at all.

Delivered June 23, dropped on my bathroom tile July 7 and broke top left plastic cold corner. The price is good and I feel it does protect the phone but the gold plastic might break easy so be careful!After this review the company contacted me and are taking care of the issue. Great customer service that I didn’t expect or ask for! Thank you! I would recommend this product because the customer service is great.

Ordered this back in April but just started using it a few weeks ago and one of the gold pieces is already cracked in two places and I completely lost the gold trim on the top part of the case. It looked and felt very comfortable and expensive but clearly I was wrong. The phone has never even been dropped so not sure what happened. Wish I could just replace the gold prices since the silicone part is still holding up well.

My case started peeling on the sides, I guess friction from taking it in and out of my pockets causes the matte over lay to come off.I ordered this case for a second time and it started peeling immediately.. It’s very beautiful until it starts peeling. I don’t think anyone should order this case until they figure out how to prevent that.

The best thing about this product is that it looks really nice. When I 1st got it I was so happy with it just for that alone. However, you need it to function and protect and it just did not. It covers the back and sides but it is not raised enough to protect the screen so if you are like me and drop it on the screen part it is going to break. I went through several screen protectors while using this case. About 2 months into using it I took it off to clean it. The volume buttons fell off and would not stay in so I tried to super glue them. Well that held and kept them in place BUT the buttons would no longer work on the volume down no matter how hard you pushed so would have to put my finger in between case and phone and do it. Shortly after that the cute little gold tabs on one of the ends broke. It is very sharp looking but the functionality and durability is awful. I would not recommend this product unless you are looking for short term and something that is very nice looking only.

This case is great. It’s sturdy, light, stylish and it does the job. I’ve dropped my phone numerous with this case (due to my clumsiness) and my phone still looks brand new when I take off the case. I recommend a screen protector to get full phone coverage because the case only protects the phone not the screen so much. Why get a case and leave the screen vulnerable right? Anyways very good price and good product. One thing to remember is that the top and bottom gold parts come off the case for easy installation. I was wondering why the case was hard to put on at first and thought it wasn’t bendable or maneuverable but it is.

This case is amazing. I always used to look for a case that looked really nice and was light and slim but also protective and this was the perfect case for me. It is a very attractive looking case that I constantly get compliments for and is very protective as well. I used to crack phone screens very often but I haven’t since I purchased this case. After a couple of months the top piece of my case cracked and I was disappointed because I loved this case. I reached out to the company and told them my problem and I woke up the next day with a new case at my front door! Amazing customer service. The case has a magnet as well to use while driving. Overall it is a 10/10 case! Highly recommend!!!
