Heavy Hands Ergonomic Grips (Set of Two) Weights NOT Included

I wouldn’t purchase these again. They are no different than any other walking hand weight. I thought I was purchasing the hand weight plus the attachable weights for $150!!. The illustrations and description Is deceiving and gives you the impression that’s what you’re getting... you’re not. For an obscene amount of money you just get rubber. When I requested a refund, the seller suggested I buy more weights “to make it right.” When I countered and said I wasn’t spending more money, he said to “return them for a full refund minus the shipping.” Now I’m just out more money due to shipping costs. Such a waste. Save yourself the trouble and buy regular hand weights (they have antibacterial ones out there too).

I had the old Heavy Hands and order a new set and these are better quality than the old Heavy Hands

Perfect way to get a total body workout -- while walking. Ergonomic design is huge improvement over the old style.

These handgrips are as described. If you are a high mileage runner/walker then these handgrips are for you. The ergonomic design of the grips limit hand and wrist fatigue and are extreamely comfortable as well. WORTH THE MONEY!!!

So much better than the old 1980s grips. Expensive but worth every mile
